Trio's focus is to create a menu using local and sustainable products whenever possible. We believe that great meals start with great ingredients.

We will keep a regular consistent menu in addition to a rotating specials menu. The regular menu will feature all the favorites. The specials menu will give us the opportunity to feature seasonal fresh ingredients.
